The Integrations screen — what it shows and how to check it works

The Integrations screen is a list of cards — one card per connected account. Cards are grouped by type (E-commerce, for example).

Each card shows:

• the account name and integration type,
• the order count for the last week,
• the order value for the last week,
• a trend chart when there is something to show,
• Details and Settings buttons.

This is how you check an integration is alive: if the account is selling but the weekly order counter shows zero, something has disconnected. That is a faster diagnosis than scrolling the order list.

A red frame and the message "This integration requires activation" mean the connection was added but never finished — usually a consent or confirmation on the platform side is missing. Such an integration does not download orders.

At the top of the screen you have an integration search, a type filter and the Add integration button.
