A connected carrier lets you create shipments and print labels without leaving Easyitem — from the order list, from order details, or automatically with a rule.

Two things worth telling apart:

• A carrier (DPD, DHL) — you hold the contract and account with them directly.
• A broker (BLPaczka, Ship with Allegro) — a middleman through whom you buy shipments from several carriers on one contract. Convenient at the start, before you have your own rates.

InPost Parcel Lockers is a different integration from InPost Courier — two separate services, added separately.

Once connected, the carrier appears when you create a shipment, and its events (shipment created, courier status changed — including for return shipments) can be used as triggers in automated rules.
