Your first 30 minutes in Easyitem — a checklist

Four steps after which the system starts working for you. Go in order.

1. Fill in your company profile

Account → Company profile — the data that goes onto invoices. Do this first, because without it you cannot issue a document.

2. Connect your first sales channel

Integrations → Add integration → Sales platforms. If you sell on Allegro, start there — you log in to your account and confirm access. Orders will start arriving on their own shortly.

3. Connect a carrier

Integrations → Add integration → Couriers. Without it you cannot create a shipment or print a label. If you have no courier contract yet, pick a broker (BLPaczka, Ship with Allegro).

4. Walk one order all the way through

Open your first order, look at its details, change the status, issue an invoice, create a shipment. That single run-through shows more than an hour of reading.

What to do right after:

• set up your own statuses to match your process — the defaults rarely fit for long;
• add a mail account so messages go out from your address;
• build your first automated action — the simplest sensible one is "order paid → issue invoice".
