Do I need to know how to code to set up automated actions?
No. You build the whole logic by clicking.
A rule is made of three things, all picked from lists:
- trigger — what happened, for example "order paid";
- conditions — when the rule should fire, for example only for a chosen order source; conditions are optional;
- actions — what should happen, for example "change status", then "issue invoice".
The rule runs the same way every time — no exceptions, no manual supervision.
The only place where you can use something technical is the Call a URL action — but that is an option for those who need it, not a condition of using automation.
