Connecting a carrier and creating your first shipments

Carriers are added like any other integration: Integrations → Add integration → Couriers, then you log in to your account with the carrier and confirm access.

What you need before you start: an account with the carrier (or a broker) and its credentials. With brokers — BLPaczka, Ship with Allegro — you do not need your own courier contract; you buy shipments on the intermediary's contract.

Remember: InPost Courier and InPost Parcel Lockers are two separate integrations. If you ship both by courier and to lockers, you add both.

Once connected, the carrier appears everywhere a shipment is created: on the order list, in order details and as the Create shipment action in automated rules.

The shipping method chosen by the buyer is shown in order details in the Shipping method field, together with the shipping cost.
