OmniChannel statistics — what exactly you pay for
The Statistics screen shows the module's usage — the basis for billing. Three things are counted:
- Published offers — offer publications on the platform.
- Stock updates — stock levels sent to the platform.
- Closed offers — offers ended on the platform.
Below there is a table broken down by billing period and platform — Allegro, PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Erli and your other channels separately — with a total per row. The numbers cover all recorded usage, and you narrow the date range with the Date from and Date to fields.
Why check it: if a month's invoice looks different from what you expected, this is where you see why — usually stock updates are responsible, because there are simply more of them. A rule that updates stock too often or across too many accounts shows up exactly here.
