The last item sells — how to pull the offer from your other channels
This is the most talked-about case in Easyitem and at the same time the simplest rule to build. The point is that after the last item sells, the offer disappears from your other channels before anyone can buy goods you no longer have.
You create the rule in OmniChannel → Automated actions, because that is where the action has to run.
- Click Add automated action.
- Pick Offer purchased as the trigger (Events group).
- Pick End the offer on the remaining accounts as the action — or Reduce stock on the remaining accounts if you sell multiples and only want to lower the available quantity.
- Save and switch the rule on.
Variants worth knowing:
- Recalculate the price on target accounts — when commissions differ between platforms and the price should not be identical everywhere.
- Set stock on target accounts — when you want to force a specific value rather than decrease it.
The rule works on events, not on periodic polling — the reaction follows the purchase itself, not the next scheduled check.
The source-account variant
The rule above assumes you keep stock yourself. If you work with a source account — one sales account is the source and the other channels hold replicas — stock does not travel through WMS or OMS; it goes from the source account straight to OmniChannel.
In that case, instead of Offer purchased you can base the rule on Source offer stock changed or Source offer ended — reacting to every change on the source side, not only to a purchase.
Which path is yours and what follows from it: Two ways to list an offer.
Trigger and action names may read slightly differently in your panel — the list grows with the system. If you cannot find one of them, write to us.
