Stocktaking in WMS

Stocktaking in Easyitem works in sessions. Only one session can be active per warehouse at a time.

On the WMS → Stocktaking screen you have:

• Start stocktaking — opens a new session for the chosen warehouse.
• Print the list of places to count — the locations to walk through.
• Active session — a view of the count in progress.
• Session history — warehouse, when it started and finished, how many products it covered.

Preparation: you can mark specific places in advance on the Location list with the Mark for stocktaking operation. That way you do not have to count the whole warehouse at once — you can do it zone by zone.

Pickers count in the mobile app. The scanner's stocktaking mode is switched on in WMS settings with the Stocktaking toggle — if a picker cannot see it, check that setting first.
