WMS settings and the picker mobile app

The WMS → Settings screen has two parts.

WMS connection — the status of your account's connection to the warehouse service, with a Check again button. If the warehouse suddenly stops responding, this is where you start.

Modules — toggles that switch features on and off. A disabled module stops working across the whole warehouse, not just for one person. Available:

• Mobile app — pickers working on a scanner.
• Stocktaking — gives pickers the stocktaking mode on the scanner.
• Pick list as cards — shows items to pick as cards instead of table rows. On a small scanner screen cards are usually easier to read.
• Advanced picking options — extra parameters controlling how a pick runs.

The most common cause of "the picker's scanner does not work" is a toggle switched off on this screen — check it before you start looking for a problem in the device.
